All staff undertake a Workplace Assessment by members of our Training Team to provide the agency with a broad outline of our staff’s strengths and weaknesses. This is then used to develop various training packages to enhance the Personal Development of the various staff and better meet the client’s needs on a more professional level. The Workplace Assessments are conducted initially (within the first 4 weeks of commencement) and then ever 6 – 12 months.
