Traineeships

Our agency offers a Traineeship to people who have no skills in the Health Industry so that the person can obtain a Certificate III in Age Care.  This certificate is recognised anywhere in Australia and New Zealand and will qualify you find employment as a skilled Age Care worker.

• Must commit to 15 hours per week in workplace
• One day per week paid training with designated RTO
• Mentor program by experienced staff
• Above award wages
  

Persons undertaking a traineeship must undergo all the requirements of any other new staff member to the agency.  They must then make a commitment to undertake a minimum of 15 hours per week working in the workplace designated by the agency in addition to attending a certified Recognised Training Organisation who deliver the theory component for one day per week.
